Behavior Analyst

MaineHealth is seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our pioneering team and make a lasting impact on our patients' lives. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing the highest quality of care and who has the knowledge and experience to develop effective behavior plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a background in applied behavior analysis (ABA).The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing behavior plans, as well as providing ongoing training and support to individuals and families. This position requires a strong understanding of behavior principles and an ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and treatment teams. The successful candidate must have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field and must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
