  1. Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary technical skills to support our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  3. Utilize technical expertise and industry knowledge to design and deliver effective training sessions.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to continuously improve training programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  6. Create training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support learning and development.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to employees during training and after program completion.
  8. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees by providing technical training and support.
  9. Communicate with employees and management to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for further training.
  10. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee performance.
  11. Stay organized and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of training programs.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mainehealth and its mission.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and quality in training programs across the organization.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve training processes and procedures.
  15. Uphold the values and standards of Mainehealth and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Training Or Instructional Design.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.

  • Proficiency In Creating And Delivering Technical Training Materials, Including Presentations, Manuals, And Online Modules.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support A Diverse Group Of Learners.
