Anesthesia Technician

MaineHealth is looking for a reliable and experienced Anesthesia Technician to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in anesthesia technology, excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing the highest level of patient care. We are seeking an individual who is compassionate and detail-oriented, with a commitment to helping us deliver quality care to our patients.The Anesthesia Technician will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support to the anesthesia team. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the necessary equipment and safety protocols and be able to quickly adapt to changing conditions.The ideal candidate must have at least an associate’s degree in Anesthesia Technology and current certification as a Certified Anesthesia Technician (CAT). In addition, they must have a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery setting.
