If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Mainehealth as an Administrative Specialist for our Nursing Education and Professional Development department.As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our nursing education and professional development programs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team of educators and professionals, providing administrative support and helping to facilitate the growth and development of our nursing staff.To be successful in this role, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment are also essential.   1. Provide administrative support to the Nursing Education and Professional Development department.
  2. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of nursing education and professional development programs.
  3. Work closely with the team of educators and professionals to facilitate the growth and development of nursing staff.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to education and professional development programs.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, trainings, and events for the department.
  6. Assist with the development and distribution of educational materials and resources.
  7. Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Manage department budget and expenses.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to promote excellence in nursing education and professional development.
  10. Conduct research and gather data to support program initiatives and improvements.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve administrative processes and procedures.
  14. Train and onboard new administrative staff as needed.
  15. Keep abreast of industry developments and trends related to nursing education and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills
