1. Manage and process all incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.

5. Maintain organized and accurate records of all payments and related financial documents.
6. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Prepare and process checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.

11. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
