
Wound Healing Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)
MaineGeneral Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wound Healing Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing holistic, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to help lead our team of clinicians in providing care for patients with complex wounds.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting and familiarity with wound healing practices. They must also have a valid RN license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide patient-focused care with a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care with a commitment to excellence.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about wound healing and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to develop comprehensive wound healing plans.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
- Ensure the clinic is kept clean and organized.
Bls/Cpr Certification
Licensed Rn In The State Of Maine
At Least Years Of Clinical Experience In Wound Care
Knowledge Of Advanced Wound Healing Techniques
Ability To Teach Patients And Their Families About Wound Care
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills
