- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of patients and staff in the Behavioral Health unit.
- Conduct safety assessments and identify potential hazards or risks within the unit.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide support and assistance to patients in crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all safety-related incidents and interventions.

- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to patient safety.

- Stay updated on current behavioral health trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
