  1. Provide technical support: Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by staff in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
  2. Maintain technology systems: Monitor and maintain the organization's technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Perform regular maintenance tasks and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  3. Train and educate staff: Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate staff on how to use various technology systems and tools. Keep staff informed of any updates or changes to technology systems.
  4. Document and track technical issues: Keep accurate records of technical issues reported and their resolutions. Use a ticketing system to track and prioritize technical issues and communicate updates to staff as needed.
  5. Collaborate with IT team: Work closely with other members of the IT team to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify areas for improvement in technology systems and processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improving the organization's technology infrastructure and processes.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service: Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude when interacting with staff. Strive to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction among technology users.
  8. Adhere to security protocols: Follow established security protocols and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and technology systems.
  9. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in technology systems and processes and make recommendations for streamlining and enhancing efficiency.
  10. Adhere to organizational policies: Follow all organizational policies and procedures related to technology, including data privacy and security policies.
