Radiology Tech Aide

MaineGeneral Health is searching for a compassionate and highly skilled Radiology Tech Aide to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.The Radiology Tech Aide will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the radiology department, including patient transport and preparation, assisting with imaging procedures, and other clerical functions. Responsibilities:

• Transport patients to and from radiology procedures • Prepare patients for imaging procedures • Assist with imaging procedures as needed • Complete clerical tasks such as filing records, preparing patient charts and paperwork, and maintaining inventory of supplies • Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during imaging procedures • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
