  1. Schedule appointments for cancer patients and coordinate their care, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

  3. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  4. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families, providing support and guidance throughout the scheduling process.
  5. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and procedures while scheduling appointments and coordinating care.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, appointments, and care plans.
  7. Collaborate with the oncology team to identify and address any scheduling or care coordination issues.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations related to oncology care.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Adhere to the organization's mission, vision, and values while performing job duties.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by working effectively with team members and other departments.
