Patient Scheduling Representative - Health & Rehab

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing exceptional customer service for our patients. Responsibilities:

1. Schedule patient appointments in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
2. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all data is up-to-date.
4. Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
5. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
6. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
7. Follow all safety and security procedures.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
9. Ensure privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
10. Stay current on new policies, procedures, and technologies.
