  1. Coordinate and manage the care of outpatients undergoing micrographic surgery.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Communicate with patients, their families, and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance throughout the care process.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  5. Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits for patients.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the patient, physician, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  7. Monitor and track patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the healthcare team.
  8. Provide emotional support and address any patient concerns or questions.
  9. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  10. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve patient care and outcomes.
  11. Keep abreast of current healthcare practices and procedures related to micrographic surgery.
  12. Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
