  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  3. Conduct thorough physical exams, evaluate medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
  4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  5. Educate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  8. Keep up-to-date with current research and developments in pediatric care.
  9. Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and protocols.
  10. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families during difficult and emotional situations.
  11. Serve as an advocate for pediatric patients and their families.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  13. Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Pediatric Care.

  • Certification As A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp).

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Expertise In Conducting Rapid Evaluations And Assessments Of Pediatric Patients.

  • Current Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner In The State Of Maine.
