Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct clinical services to patients in accordance with MaineGeneral Health's mission, vision, and values.
2. Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients.
3. Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
4. Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and psychotherapy to patients.
5. Monitor progress of patients and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
6. Educate patients and family members about mental health and available resources.
7. Collaborate with other health care professionals to coordinate care for patients.
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
