  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential threats to the healthcare organization.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify and assess risks and develop action plans.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of risk management principles and best practices.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and investigations as needed.

  8. Train and educate staff on risk management protocols and procedures.

  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, regarding risk management issues.
  12. Coordinate with legal counsel as needed to address risk management concerns.
  13. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  14. Participate in emergency preparedness planning and response.
  15. Serve as a resource and support to staff regarding risk management questions and concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
