1. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Organize and maintain inventory in an efficient and orderly manner.
3. Prepare merchandise for delivery to retail stores or for shipment to customers.
4. Conduct quality control checks on all products to ensure they meet company standards.
5. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
6. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
7. Collaborate with team members to accurately and efficiently fulfill orders.
8. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
9. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
10. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
11. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
13. Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
14. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
15. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
