1. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Unload and unpack merchandise from pallets or containers, carefully handling and organizing items according to established procedures.
3. Conduct quality checks on incoming products to ensure they meet company standards.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management.
5. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders.
6. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
7. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
9. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
10. Assist with any other warehouse duties as needed, such as restocking shelves and fulfilling special orders.
