- Conduct user research: The User Experience Research Advisor will be responsible for conducting various types of user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, in order to gain a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences.
- Analyze data: This individual will be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data collected from user research in order to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform the design and development of the customer experience.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In User Experience Research, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Setting.
Proficiency In Conducting Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods, Such As Usability Testing, Surveys, And Focus Groups.
Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Synthesize Research Findings Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Design, Product, And Business Teams.
