  1. Lead and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
  4. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

  7. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.

  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
  11. Manage the store budget and control expenses to maximize profitability.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform business decisions.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and personal growth.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and customer experience.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Department Store Environment.
