Starbucks Supervisor

At Macy’s, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Starbucks Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in running our Starbucks location. They must have a positive, can-do attitude, and be a passionate team player with strong problem-solving skills.We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries. Experience in running a Starbucks coffee shop and knowledge of Starbucks product offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and uphold the highest standards of quality
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
3. Ensure all Starbucks products and services are provided in a timely and efficient manner
4. Supervise and lead a team of employees to ensure they are performing their duties according to company standards
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply of products
6. Train and develop staff on products, services, and customer service practices
7. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
8. Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient operations
9. Monitor and evaluate performance of team members and take corrective action when needed
10. Assist in developing and monitoring the budget for the Starbucks location
