Starbucks Supervisor

At Macy's, we're looking for an experienced and talented Starbucks Supervisor to join our team. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for leading, inspiring, and managing the baristas at our Starbucks Café. A successful Starbucks Supervisor will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role. As well as strong problem-solving skills, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be a team player who is able to lead, motivate and mentor others. Above all, you should be passionate about coffee and the Starbucks brand.

Responsibilities:

2. Deliver excellent customer service.
3. Maintain an eye for detail.

5. Communicate instructions and expectations to baristas.
6. Create a positive and team-oriented environment.
7. Train and mentor baristas.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
9. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
10. Monitor barista performance and provide feedback.
11. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
12. Manage inventory and supplies.
13. Oversee the daily operations of the Starbucks Café.
14. Ensure all products are prepared and served according to Starbucks standards.
15. Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
