Starbucks Lead Barista

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
• Follow all Starbucks procedures and policies.
• Train and mentor new baristas.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
