Responsibilities:

1. Assist with merchandising activities, including product selection, pricing, and store display.
2. Monitor inventory levels and re-stock merchandise as needed.
3. Analyze customer trends and provide feedback on product selection and display.
4. Assist with product launches and promotional events.
5. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Create and monitor reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
9. Support other departments as needed.
