Job Description

Macy's is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product management process, from strategy and design to development and implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and profitability.The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and/or related roles, and a deep understanding of the product lifecycle. You should also have a proven track record of developing successful products and strategies. Exceptional communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.If you are an innovative and analytical professional with a passion for product management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement product strategies and plans that support business objectives and maximize profitability.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in all aspects of product development, from concept to launch and beyond.
  3. Research industry trends and customer feedback to identify and recommend new product opportunities.
  4. Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize outcomes.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product objectives are met.
  6. Manage product budgets and oversee product life cycle management.
  7. Oversee product launches and promotional activities.
  8. Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
  9. Ensure products meet customer needs and comply with applicable regulations.
  10. Monitor and report on competitive product developments.
