- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of all retail processes.

- Lead and mentor a team of operations and monetization professionals to drive performance and achieve goals.

Extensive Experience In Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Large Teams, Overseeing Multiple Store Locations, And Implementing Efficiency Strategies.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Operations & Monetization Role At Macy's Requires Someone Who Can Analyze Complex Data And Identify Areas For Improvement. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Metrics And Be Able To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making.
