Welcome to Macy's! We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to oversee our CRM Journey Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the customer journey through our CRM system, driving engagement and retention. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.   1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey through our CRM system.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of CRM operations, including data management, campaign execution, and reporting.
  3. Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted and personalized communication strategies.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of CRM initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer journey management.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support and drive CRM initiatives.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
  11. Communicate project updates and results to senior management.
  12. Manage budget and resources effectively to meet business goals.
  13. Train and onboard new team members on CRM systems and processes.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on CRM, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
