  1. Analyze and forecast ecommerce sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop strategies and recommendations to optimize Macy's online presence and drive ecommerce sales.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of ecommerce plans.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that impact the success of the ecommerce division.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ecommerce strategy.
  7. Lead meetings and presentations to communicate performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for ecommerce initiatives.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise in the ecommerce space.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their growth and development.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of ecommerce operations.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution of ecommerce strategies.
  13. Represent Macy's as a leader in the ecommerce space, promoting the brand and driving customer engagement.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Ecommerce Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Ecommerce Planning, With A Strong Understanding Of Performance Planning And Analytics In An Online Retail Environment.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: A Senior Ecommerce Planning Analyst Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Gather, Interpret, And Present Data In A Clear And Concise Manner. Experience With Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics And Adobe Analytics Is Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ecommerce Platforms And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Ecommerce Platforms, Tools, And Technologies, And Be Able To Identify And Recommend Solutions To Optimize Ecommerce Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Of A Senior Ecommerce Planning Analyst Requires Close Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams Such As Merchandising, Marketing, And Finance. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders.
