1. Design and develop innovative and trend-setting handbag collections for Macy's.
2. Lead and inspire the design team to create cohesive and on-brand handbag designs.
3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on current trends and customer preferences.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, buying, and production to ensure timely delivery of handbag collections.
5. Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final product.
6. Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and meet quality standards.
