  1. Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  2. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of jewelry products, brands, and trends.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry by actively listening to their needs and making appropriate recommendations.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  6. Keep up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and store events to effectively communicate them to customers.
  7. Maintain the appearance and organization of the jewelry department, including restocking and arranging displays.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Collaborate with other sales associates and team members to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
  11. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions and workshops.
  12. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and prevent theft.
  15. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

  • Knowledge Of Jewelry And Gemstones: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Jewelry, Gemstones, And Their Characteristics. This Includes Being Able To Identify And Accurately Describe The Quality And Value Of Various Pieces.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Retail Sales Associate, Excellent Customer Service Is Essential. Candidates Should Have The Ability To Engage And Assist Customers In A Friendly And Professional Manner, As Well As Handle Any Customer Inquiries, Complaints, Or Requests.

  • Sales Experience: Prior Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Jewelry Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue.

  • Attention To Detail: Working With Valuable Jewelry Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy. Candidates Should Be Able To Handle Delicate Items With Care, Accurately Input Sales Transactions, And Maintain Inventory Records.

  • Organizational Skills: This Role May Involve Managing And Organizing A Large Inventory Of Jewelry. Candidates Should Have Strong Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Different Items, Maintain Inventory Levels, And Ensure Items Are Properly Displayed And Priced.
