1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's jewelry department with a warm and friendly attitude.
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect jewelry pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
3. Provide accurate and detailed information about Macy's jewelry products, including materials, styles, and pricing.
4. Actively listen to and understand customers' concerns and needs, and offer appropriate solutions and alternatives.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
6. Maintain a clean and organized jewelry department, ensuring all products are displayed neatly and accurately.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends in jewelry and be able to effectively communicate and promote these trends to customers.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
9. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure products are always available for customers.
10. Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
11. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve knowledge of Macy's jewelry products.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and security.
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
14. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the overall customer experience in the jewelry department.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
