  1. Receive and process merchandise shipments from vendors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Inspect and sort incoming merchandise according to company standards and procedures.
  3. Maintain organized and tidy receiving area to optimize workflow and ensure safety.
  4. Communicate with vendors and other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
  5. Utilize inventory management systems to accurately track and document received merchandise.
  6. Prepare and process merchandise for display on the sales floor, including tagging and pricing.
  7. Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns related to merchandise.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely processing of merchandise.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
  11. Continuously strive to improve receiving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
