
Retail Receiving Support Associate

As a Receiving Support Associate, you will work closely with the rest of the team to receive and process new merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with other retail tasks as needed. - Receive and process new merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Work closely with other team members to organize and maintain the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist with pricing and tagging new merchandise according to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient flow of merchandise from receiving to sales floor.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure that items are readily available for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers locate items and answering any product-related questions.
- Assist with other retail tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves, setting up displays, and processing returns.
- Uphold the company's image and values by representing Macy's in a professional and positive manner.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new merchandise.
- Proactively identify and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Excellent Organizational Skills: A Retail Receiving Support Associate Should Possess Strong Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Inventory, Process Shipments, And Keep Track Of Merchandise.
