Retail Receiving Support Associate

Macy's is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Retail Receiving Support Associate to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience in retail, is customer service-oriented, and is comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment. The Retail Receiving Support Associate will ensure our customers receive their merchandise in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as a team to achieve our store's goals.Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of retail experience• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store• Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Responsibilities: • Receive and process incoming merchandise in a timely and accurate manner. • Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and stored in the correct locations. • Provide excellent customer service to customers when receiving and returning merchandise. • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the receiving and storage of merchandise. • Assist with the organization and inventory of merchandise in the store. • Report any discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the store manager or supervisor. • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain a clean and organized store backroom. • Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure store goals are met. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
