1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's store with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers.
3. Assist in receiving and processing merchandise deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Organize and maintain inventory in the stock room and on the sales floor.
5. Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.
6. Monitor and maintain stock levels on the sales floor, restocking as needed.
7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to the sales floor.
8. Follow safety and security procedures to prevent theft and loss of merchandise.
9. Assist with store set-up and visual merchandising efforts.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all company policies and procedures.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for Macy's, promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
12. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and processes.
13. Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving set sales goals and targets.
14. Proactively address any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and provide feedback to management.
