- Greet and welcome customers to Macy's store with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers.
- Assist in receiving and processing merchandise deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the stock room and on the sales floor.
- Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels on the sales floor, restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to the sales floor.
- Follow safety and security procedures to prevent theft and loss of merchandise.
- Assist with store set-up and visual merchandising efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all company policies and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Macy's, promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and processes.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving set sales goals and targets.
- Proactively address any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
