3. Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged for inventory and pricing purposes.
4. Communicate with various departments to coordinate timely and accurate merchandise deliveries.
5. Maintain organized and efficient receiving area, including unloading and storing merchandise in designated locations.
6. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
7. Work closely with sales associates to ensure merchandise is available and ready for customer purchase.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries related to merchandise received.
9. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
10. Assist with other retail operations tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves or assisting with customer transactions.
11. Keep track of received merchandise and update inventory systems accordingly.
12. Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate merchandise handling.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
