- Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments from vendors.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of received products in inventory management system.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received products.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of merchandise.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized receiving area.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or stock shortages to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests.
- Follow all safety and security protocols while handling merchandise.
