  1. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments from vendors.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of received products in inventory management system.
  3. Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received products.
  4. Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas.
  5. Identify and report any damaged or missing products.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of merchandise.
  7. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized receiving area.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or stock shortages to management.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests.
  10. Follow all safety and security protocols while handling merchandise.
  11. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by participating in team meetings and activities.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve receiving processes and procedures.
  13. Assist with other retail duties as needed, such as restocking shelves and assisting customers on the sales floor.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
