  1. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Inspect all merchandise for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  3. Organize and prioritize incoming merchandise according to department and sales floor needs.
  4. Efficiently and accurately scan and label merchandise for inventory and sales tracking purposes.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all merchandise is properly sorted and prepared for sales floor placement.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, adhering to safety and company policies.
  7. Communicate with management about any inventory or receiving issues that may arise.
  8. Assist sales associates in locating and retrieving merchandise for customer requests.
  9. Assist in restocking sales floor and maintaining visual standards of the store.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all received merchandise.
  11. Operate equipment and tools needed for receiving and processing merchandise, following all safety protocols.
  12. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and assist customers with any questions or concerns.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve job knowledge and performance.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and loss prevention measures.
  15. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.

  • Experience In Inventory Management: A Retail Receiving Support Associate Should Have Experience In Accurately Tracking And Managing Inventory Levels, As Well As Identifying And Resolving Discrepancies.
