Retail Receiving Support Associate

Macy’s is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Receiving Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping the store ensure efficient and accurate product receiving and shipment. We are seeking a customer service-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilites:

1. Receive and inspect shipments of merchandise
2. Verify accuracy of deliveries with purchase orders
3. Unload and process incoming shipments in an efficient manner
4. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items
5. Assist in the maintenance of inventory management systems
6. Ensure proper storage of merchandise and maintenance of stock levels
7. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
8. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to merchandise deliveries
9. Adhere to all safety and security protocols
10. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
