Responsibilities:

1. Unload and inspect incoming merchandise shipments for accuracy and completeness.
2. Record and enter product information into the inventory system.
3. Accurately stock shelves with product according to store guidelines.
4. Assist customers with product inquiries and inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
6. Train and supervise new and existing staff members on the proper receiving procedures.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
9. Ensure all customer service standards are met.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
