Retail Receiving Support Associate

Macy's is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Retail Receiving Support Associate to join our team. We are searching for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and has a passion for the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the ability to work with a team.This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in merchandising and/or inventory management, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Check all merchandise against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure up-to-date stock levels.
4. Unpack and label merchandise in preparation for stocking and displaying.
5. Assist in product placement and layout of store displays.
6. Assist in the organization and stocking of shelves and racks.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Monitor and report any discrepancies in inventory levels.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
10. Foster a positive and customer-focused environment.
