Responsibilities of a Retail Receiving Support Associate: • Accurately receive and stock products in the store • Follow all store safety protocols • Maintain customer service standards • Follow company policies and procedures • Assist with inventory management • Monitor stock levels and restock as needed • Assist with unloading and organizing product shipments • Process returns and exchanges • Train new associates on receiving and stocking procedures • Keep store clean and organized • Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced • Assist customers with their inquiries and orders • Other duties as assigned
