1. Ensure store displays and merchandise are visually appealing and in line with Macy's brand standards.
2. Assist in setting up and maintaining store merchandise displays.
3. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and replenished on the sales floor.
5. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in conducting inventory counts as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including back stock areas and sales floor.
7. Help to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
8. Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to merchandising and inventory management.
9. Communicate any issues or concerns with merchandise to appropriate team members or managers.
10. Continuously monitor and maintain the condition of merchandise, including steaming, folding, and tagging.
11. Assist in fulfilling online orders and processing returns as needed.
12. Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and assisting team members as needed.
14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Macy's brand at all times.
