- Ensure that all merchandise is stocked and displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling displays that showcase our products and attract customers.
- Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise, including unpacking, sorting, and tagging items.
- Regularly monitor stock levels and communicate with management about low inventory or popular items that need to be restocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including restocking and tidying up displays throughout the day.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing excellent customer service and promoting the Macy's brand image.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers and make informed merchandising decisions.
- Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues in the store to management.
- Assist with setting up and executing in-store events, promotions, and sales.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
