1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
3. Maintain the visual appearance of the store by organizing and arranging merchandise according to company standards.
4. Ensure that all product displays are properly stocked, labeled, and priced.
5. Collaborate with management and team members to execute merchandise placement strategies and meet sales goals.
6. Receive and process new merchandise shipments, including unpacking, tagging, and organizing products.
7. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to appropriate team members.
8. Assist with store inventory counts and audits.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
10. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address any product-related questions or concerns.
11. Continuously stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
13. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and positive work environment.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
