Macy's is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Fulfillment Associate to join our team! As a Retail Fulfillment Associate, you'll be an integral part of our customer service operations, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service is a top priority. Responsibilities:

-Provide superior customer service to all customers -Provide information about products and services -Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and efficiently -Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products and services -Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive -Assist with inventory management and restocking -Assist with store maintenance and cleanliness -Assist with customer returns and exchanges -Assist with customer payment processing -Assist with training of new staff -Remain flexible in a changing environment -Utilize computer and customer service software to complete tasks -Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
