1. Accurately fulfill and process online orders for customers in a timely manner.

12. Proactively identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the order fulfillment process.
13. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the order fulfillment process.
14. Assist with other retail tasks as needed, such as stocking shelves and processing returns.
15. Adhere to Macy's company policies and procedures at all times.
