Retail Fulfillment Associate

Macy's is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Fulfillment Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for the Retail Fulfillment Associate include:

• Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service • Assist customers with selecting products and completing transactions • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed • Assist in creating a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies • Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required • Follow all safety protocols and report any safety issues to management
