2. Receive, process, and package merchandise for shipment to customers.
3. Organize and maintain inventory in the fulfillment area.
4. Follow company procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any order issues or concerns.
8. Ensure orders are shipped out on time and in accordance with company standards.
9. Monitor and report inventory levels to management.
10. Assist in unloading and stocking merchandise as needed.
11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to assist customers.
12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
13. Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
14. Collaborate with team members to ensure daily goals are met.
15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency in the fulfillment department.
16. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
17. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values at all times.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
