Retail Fulfillment Associate

Macy’s is seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will help ensure our customers receive excellent service by efficiently handling store merchandise and assisting with deliveries. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers promptly and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.
3. Process and stock store merchandise.
4. Maintain the store displays in an organized and attractive manner.
5. Assist with deliveries and ensure that the items are handled properly.
6. Follow all safety and health guidelines when handling merchandise.
7. Provide support to the sales team by helping customers find the right products.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
9. Stay up to date on new products and store promotions.
10. Ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
