Retail Fulfillment Associate

Macy's is looking for a highly motivated and organized Retail Fulfillment Associate to join our team and help ensure our customers receive the best service possible. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by efficiently picking, packing, and shipping merchandise to our customers. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently picking, packing, and shipping merchandise to customers.
2. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store’s retail fulfillment area.
3. Accurately record merchandise movement in the company’s inventory system.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
5. Proactively identify and suggest ways to improve customer service and operational processes.
6. Follow company policies and procedures.
7. Assist with the stocking and display of merchandise.
8. Assist with other tasks as needed.
